It's kindof a funny story about this track. This little guy almost didn't make it in time for the album. I wrote it back in June, right before we were set to record. I had already chosen another track, a lullaby called "Goodnight World Goodnight Girl", to be the fourth song.

But then I wrote this sitting on balcony of our condo at the beach and I knew it had to replace the other tune. Not because i didn't love the other one, but because this song completed the story I wanted to tell.

All four are arranged in the order they were written and tell a story about the most intense & influential relationship I've ever been in. Together, they speak to more than just one person and place, but they also tell about a moment in time, a beautiful moment in my life I'll never forget or regret.
